schools of thought about the

and vitamins. Some say 'you get it all in a healthful
diet' and

a day, I feel so much better' and then some opinions cover everything
in-between. It's really a highly personal subject and I wanted to
find some more information on it since I do host a site that sells and
recommends some superior nutraceuticals. Doing the research is
the most important step you can take, be proactive in your own
healthcare.
Personally, I *do*
take vitamins and immune system protectants,
anti-oxidants and a multiple vitamin on a pretty regular
basis. I
can't lie and say 'every day' because I forget to take them sometimes,
but I am trying. What I noticed is that my skin gets drier
without them, that my energy levels are lower, and when I work at the
Doctor's office, I tend to catch the 'bugs' that people bring in if I
don't remember to take the extra Vitamin C, Zinc and Cat's Claw that I use for
immune protectants. (These are just my own personal
observations
of what happens with how my body reacts to nutritional supplementation
vs. not taking my vitamins & supplements, it is not a recommendation or any
kind of medical advice, for that you really do need to consult your

professional.)
